ORIENTEERING TRIANGLE TROPHY

Orienteering Triangle - 

competition for best all-round orienteer 

As the part of competition, "Orienteering Triangle" competition for best all-round orienteer will be organized. 

Best all-round competitor will be awarded with a trophy, special prize by the organizers and will be the winner of this traditional event.
 
All orienteers who compete in all three orienteering disciplines - MTBO, FootO and TrailO are eligible.
Following stages are scored for "Orienteering Traingle" :
1) MTBO stage (Sunday, 31.03.2019.) - Sveti Martin (NOT part of this competition) (RESULTS)
2) Sprint stage (Sunday, 16.06.2019.) - Arboretum Opeka
3) TrailO stage (Sunday, 16.06.2019.) - Arboretum Opeka

Competitors score points for each stage within their categories in accordance with the following table:

1st    place    -    25    points

2nd    place    -    20    points

3rd    place    -    17    points

4th    place    -    15    points

5th    place    -    14    points

6th    place    -    13    points

7th    place    -    12    points

8th    place    -    11    points

9th    place    -    10    points

10th    place    -    9    points

11th    place    -    8    points

12th    place    -    7    points

13th    place    -    6    points

14th    place    -    5    points

15th    place    -    4    points

16th    place    -    3    points

17th    place    -    2    points

18th    place    -    1    points

19th    place (and onwards)    -    0    points

The points are then multiplied by the coefficient - the number of competitors in the category/10.

Best all-round orienteer and the winner of "Orienteering Traingle" is competitor with the greatest sum obtained from all three stages.
